Spoke with property manager who advised that he has not had any tenants move out recently and does not allow rabbits at the building. Provided finder's name to property owner, he confirmed he is not a former tenant nor employee. Provided follow-up to finder via text, offered opportunity to advise on owner surrender. Finder advised that the building is under new management. I asked for phone number to new management, no response.
