Tried to call number on microchip and number found in PP, VM full. Generated impound notice and sent via USPS and email. Email: Good morning, I’m writing to advise that “Brewster”, a male Shih Tzu mix, arrived at our shelter yesterday and you are listed as the owner on his microchip. We kindly request your contact regarding his reclaim. Please see the attached impound notice.
