Per my previous memo: O replied to my email and she said she had rehomed to her old roomate. She is unable to reclaim since she rehomed him becasue she could not care for him due to medical issues. I no longer have an active phone number and apologize for not being able to hear about this sooner! I was unable to care for him due to some serious health issues arising which is why he was being adopted by said roommate. I no longer have contact with this person so I was unable to follow in suit on making sure all papers were processed correctly. I had no clue nor any information on where he was after I had my roommate take over on caring for him! I will not be able to pick him up with the circumstances I’m facing.
