Sam, an 11-year old Shepherd mix, is best friends with Candy! They arrived at the SAHS together after their previous owner could no longer care for them. As two senior pets, they never leave each other's side and have a special bond. They hope to find a loving home where they can stay together fur-ever! They enjoy their walks and love to play with calm dogs. Sam is curious and loves to explore. Due to her arthritis, she has received laser therapy on her back legs and is being more active and playful. Her marking kicks are adorable! If you have double the love to give, submit an online adoption application today!

The adoption fees for our Bonded Pairs have been waived thanks to our Guardian Angel Fund. Our pet adoption screening process still applies.

Sam comes with a 10-day daycare package at Lucy's Doggy Daycare & Spa.
