Hi, I'm Velma!
I'm a playful, independent four-month-old kitten who's looking for my fur-ever home. I can be a little timid at first and may take some time to warm up to new people, but I promise I'm worth the patience. Once I feel comfortable, I like to stay close-sitting nearby, keeping you company, or curling up by your legs.
After mealtime, I'm famous for my zoomies, and I love wrestling with my foster brother and bunny-kicking my scratching post. Playtime is one of my favorite parts of the day, especially when it involves laser toys or jingle balls.
I get along well with other cats and am fully litter box trained. Right now, I'm being treated for a respiratory infection, but I won't have any long-term special needs. I'm feeling better every day and ready to start my next chapter.

Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you're welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we're closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays
