Riggs is a sweet and spicy guy, looking for a cat savvy family to call his own. He loves to be loved on his terms, and will gladly let you know if he is or isn't seeking affection. Riggs has a history of becoming easily overstimulated, so we are seeking an adult only household for him, that is willing to work with his behaviors and learn to understand his as he grows with you. Riggs would prefer to be the only animal in his new household.
