Demeanor: Very affectionate, very sweet, timid with new/loud noises, playful, combination of high energy and couch potato, social, submissive with other dogs, vocal if not getting attention or in a crate.
Likes: Loves toys and fetch, playing tug-o-war, snuggling, being held, sitting in laps, belly rubs when she is sleepy, men & women, squeaky and crinkle toys, ropes and Kongs, sleeping in your bed.
Unknown: Not sure about how she feels about car rides or cats.
Dislikes: Loud noises, being left alone.
Manners: Still working on leash training, still working on crate training, verbal commands (sit, come, no).
Yard Requirements: A fenced yard is recommended due to the fact that June Bug is still working on leash training. She has used a doggy door.
Tidbits:
June Bug is a sweet and affectionate puppy who absolutely loves being held and snuggled. She's obsessed with toys-especially tug-o-war, fetch, and anything that squeaks or crinkles. She plays hard before crashing into deep, adorable sleep. She's submissive with other dogs and would do well with a playful companion, though she's still learning the ropes of canine etiquette. Loud noises and being left alone can make her uneasy, and she'll whine when she's craving attention or adjusting to her crate, but she's not overly vocal.
June Bug is mostly potty trained and making progress with crate and leash training. She's bright, curious, and eager to learn, with all the energy and charm of a typical puppy. Her loose eyelid and small stomach hernia are common in young dogs and may resolve naturally; if not, they can be easily corrected during her spay procedure.
This little velcro pup is ready to pour her love into a new family, one that can offer her the attention, playtime, and gentle guidance she needs to grow into the devoted companion she's meant to be.
