***** COURTESY POST *****

Mandie may be small in size, but her heart is mighty. This pint-sized senior sweetheart is all about love, snuggles, and soft blankets. Found in a box with her siblings in a Walmart parking lot, she spent many cherished years with her first family before life threw a curveball. Thanks to a kind foster who saved her from an uncertain future, Mandie is now ready to start her next chapter. She's on the lookout for a quiet, loving home where she can relax, be adored, and soak up every bit of comfort in her golden years. Mandie deserves more than just a forever couch, she deserves a forever heart.

Tidbits:
Mandie didn't grow up with toys, but now she's making up for lost time. Stuffies, chew toys, and snuggly playthings make her heart sing. She is a sweet, affectionate, and happy little pup who still has a playful spark. Mandie is a champion napper and adores soft beds, blankets, and long naps on the couch.

While she loves people and will shower them with kisses, she's not a fan of car rides, crates, or loud noises like fireworks and thunderstorms. Her stomach is sensitive, especially to fatty or greasy foods. Her previous owner often fed her human food, which caused issues. Now that she's on a proper dog food diet, Mandie is doing great. Occasionally, she gets a special treat like tuna or a boiled egg, which she tolerates well.

Mandie wasn't raised around other dogs and isn't comfortable with them, but she grew up with a cat and gets along well with her feline sister. She's housebroken, knows how to ask to go outside by pawing at you or patiently staring at the door. Mandie wasn't crate trained and doesn't like being confined, preferring the comfort of a soft blanket or your lap instead.

Mandie may be in her golden years, but her capacity for love is timeless. She's looking for a calm, affectionate home where she can be someone's little spoon and silent shadow.
