Chip is a shy boy with strangers but he is now ok with everyone at the shelter. It really doesn't take him long to get used to people though with a little patience. Walks very well on leash and is super snuggly. Wants so badly to climb up into your arms and stay there any chance he gets. Has done great meeting other dogs.
