Sam the Snowman checking in! I've been at the Norfolk Animal Care Center since 11/23 when I arrived as a stray found on North Military Highway. Staff here say I enjoy a good blanket to nap on, shredding stuffed toys, and eating tasty snacks! I'm an energetic guy that is searching for a home to keep me warm and happy. Could that be yours?
