Meet Shae-Shae! This tiny 20 pound girl is so happy and affectionate, despite arriving at the shelter with a leg injury. She recently had an amputation, and she is recovering beautifully in her foster home. Tripod dogs enjoy life just as much as their four-legged friends. Shae Shae doesn't care if she has three legs, and neither should you!
Shae Shae is a patient and easy-going girl who is just thankful to be included, no matter what's happening. She's content to take a leisurely stroll, sniffing the grass and enjoying the sunshine, followed by some cuddle time in your lap. She gives gentle kisses and just likes to be near you.
Shae-Shae is spending some time in a temporary foster home and she's a playful girl and LOVES toys! She will keep herself entertained in the home as long as she has her favorite toys around. On walks, she is very good and checks in with her human. She also rode really well in the car and laid right down. She is perfecting her housetraining skills and is getting better every day. She also is working on getting used to the crate and settles after a few minutes and then sleeps all night. She has good house manners overall and although not introduced in a home, when she saw other dogs she was all tail wags and happiness.
