Hey there, I'm Kimber, a cautious but sweet 67-pound mix of Labrador retriever and border collie. It might take me a little while to warm up to new people, but once I do, you'll find I'm just a sweet old lady at heart. Car rides and exploring new places away from crowds are my jam, though I'm not too fond of delivery men or little ones. I take my role as protector of my home seriously, so a secure environment is essential for me. I'm well-trained in both potty and kennel manners, and I have a blast playing with big sticks. While I may be a bit wary of new men and have a penchant for digging, my curiosity knows no bounds-I'll happily follow you around, sniffing and exploring to my heart's content. Affection is my favorite currency, and I'll shower you with kisses while soaking up those ear rubs and butt scratches. Don't be surprised if I nudge you for attention or let out a little yip when I'm feeling playful or wanting something-after all, I just want to make sure you know what I'm thinking!
Adopting me means a 6+ year commitment along with all the training I require to help me be the very best dog possible!
My adoption fee of $90+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
