Let me tell you my story....My name is Buddy and when I came to FMAR as a stray, you could see my ribs because I was so skinny and my feet were so swollen that I couldn't walk. FMAR has taken wonderful care of me and I've gained some weight and my feet have gotten better.

My bouncy spirit is through the roof!!! I get very excited and sometimes bark a lot. I used to bark at all other dogs but now I'm used to a few. I still haven't played with another dog yet but I might do fine if we have a slow and proper introduction. Right now, I don't know many commands but I'm eager to learn! I'm very food motivated so that will make my training easier. I'm a bundle of endless energy and love to PLAY, PLAY, PLAY!

My adoption fee is $250, which helps cover the cost of the medical care I have received.
**Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
