This sweet man has had a rough life so far. Elvis is a kind gentle boy who loves to be loved. He is FIV positive. FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is a feline only, slow-acting virus. It is so slow to progress that most FIV+ cats die of old age. Once thought to be deadly and highly contagious, it has since been found to be neither. When Elvis came into our facility, he was very matted, so he did have to get shaved. Despite his rough life, Elvis is very loving and very sweet. He will need to be an indoor only cat, where he can be adored every day. He can't wait for his forever family to take him home and help him enjoy life!
Every animal adopted from the Humane Society of Northwest Montana has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and administered age-appropriate vaccinations.
