Arthur is a confident, larger than life kind of guy. Arthur is quite sweet once he gets to know his humans (and he has a bit of a preference for men), but he doesn't love the hustle and bustle of crazy households. Like some people, he is a bit more introverted, and really only shows off his extroverted side when he is comfortable with his people. Because of this, he is looking for a home that is quiet, calm and consistent, with experienced and cat savvy owners that can read and understand his body language.
Arthur is declawed, and like lots of declawed cats, can experience some bouts of frustration when his boundaries are ignored. We are hoping to find Arthur a home with owners that are comfortable, and willing to work with his behaviors to ensure the best success possible for him going home. We are unsure how Arthur feels about other animals, but like his home environment, we feel he would succeed best in a patient home, with animals that will respect his boundaries and aren't too out going or overbearing for him.
Arthur needs to go to an adult only household, with cat savvy and experienced owners.
