I'm a black adult male who was released to Paws and Claws by my owner because he could not afford my medical care, which included emergency surgery followed by hospitalization. I will need to be on a diet of Hill's c/d Urinary Care Prescription Diet food to keep me healthy. I'm a friendly boy who has spent most of my time with just my person. I did okay with anyone who came to my home and was never aggressive. I have never been around children, dogs, or other cats prior to coming to the shelter. I like playing with toys. Even though I was not feeling my best when I came to the shelter, I've been sweet and affectionate. I'm shy, but I love being petted. Once I get my strength back, I'll revert to being an Active, Lovable, EXcellent cat who'd love to be your ALEX!
