Hula was found as a stray and weighs about 52 pounds. First off, Hula is a person's dog. A people's dog? She loves hanging out with people is what we're saying. She will do her best puppy dog eyes to convince volunteers to keep petting her until her snuggle quota is satisfied. She'll even do tricks in return for pets! No treats necessary. Which maybe is good because she doesn't have a tongue, which doesn't stop her from enjoying treats. She just eats them in a funny way. Hula is overall a cuddle bug who's a nice walker and also rides well in the car and is very polite in public.
