Meet Romeo. Romeo is a young, lovable, pitbull mix who recently went blind due to organ failure. Because Romeo has required recovery time, he has been in a foster home. In the few short weeks that he's been at the foster home, he has thrived. We found that he is potty trained, knows commands, is good at being left alone at home and is very eager to please his humans. He loves affection and will happily curl up on your lap and fall asleep. He does well with dogs and would do best in a home that has another dog. He loves to play and the foster home is quickly seeing that his young playful side is coming out after recovery. In addition, a dog could help him navigate the world around him, as he can get nervous from time to time in new situations. His blindness does not stop this boy from being the cuddliest, sweetest dog and he needs a home who will be patient while he figures out the world around him. He truly just wants to be part of a family and wants to spend as much time as possible cuddling and loving them.
