Hi, I'm Nala Bean. I'm 10, and I came to Homeward Bound in November. I was rescued as a kitten in a condo complex after I was found roaming the outdoors, and then my person passed away. I found a new home, and then that person passed! I'm very affectionate, and I love my human 100%, and even though grief was hard, I know I will find that love again. Since I've been here, I have spent most of my time in foster. I had ruptured ear drums, I needed a lot of my teeth pulled thanks to dental disease, I was very underweight and I had an infection. Surprisingly my blood work was good, which meant I just needed some good old fashioned TLC and medication to get better. I recently was given the OK to come back to the adoption center so that I can find my next home, and I am ready! I still could eat more, and I'll benefit from continued TLC and daily brushings of my coat but I am ready! I get along well with other cats and small dogs as long as they are mellow and considerate. I did not do well with alpha cats, or bullying, in the past (according to my former family). I love humans, and I know I will be a wonderful companion to someone soon. Give me a chance.
