Puppy and Tizzy are an adorable mother/son dynamic duo who arrived at the shelter when their owner unfortunately passed away. They are very loving, fully house trained, and generally quiet at home - only barking for example when the door bell rings or when very excited (such as perhaps greeting you after you've been gone for a while!). Puppy loves his squeaky toys and on occasion mama Tizzy will take one in to her bed with her, too. When not out for walks (which they love!!), they are resting up for the next one....although Puppy especially may follow you a around too just to see what you are up to!
Puppy adores his mama and will often give her kisses. Both love being petted: Tizzy will roll over in her bed for a belly rub while her son will come up right next to you with those Puppy eyes for a head rub. If you're working or watching TV, they'd love to sit on the chair or couch with you & keep you company!! Tizzy (9+ lbs) is great on a leash & Puppy (11 lbs) is good too, but has a bit more energy so can pull a little. Tizzy with her short legs is a bit hesitant about stairs, especially going down, but Puppy bounds up & down at will.
This pair is looking for a home where they can get bit of attention as they age in to their golden years; they are beautiful dogs!
