Yyyyellow. I'm a 2-year-old orange tabby adult male called Banana Mania. That's right, like the crayon. You see, I came to Paws and Claws with a lot of other cats from Rochester Animal Control after we were taken from our residence due to a hoarding situation there. We're known as the "Crayola Cats" because we're named for crayon colors. I've been here since the end of March 2022, and it has taken me time to trust people. I've slowly come around and am feeling more comfortable. All of us Crayolas LOVE the laser light! I have also shown some interest in playing with wand toys as long as the other cats aren't being too boisterous. Banana Mania! Yes! A boy's gotta let loose sometimes. And even though I am still very shy about being approached and handled, I am making progress, and there are a few staff members and volunteers who I trust enough to let them pet me. I will do best in a quiet home where I can just be myself. I am bonded to my buddy Tumbleweed, and we need to stay together so we can provide comfort and companionship for each other. I may never be a lap cat or snuggler, but don't I deserve the comfort of a loving home? Come meet my friend Tumbleweed and me soon!
