Meow. RIP, Beverly Cleary. I'm Beezus, brother of Ramona. We're a pair of stray cats who were found in Millville. Sure, in Mrs. Cleary's books Beezus Quimby is Ramona's big sister, but it's a great name for a male cat, don't you think? I'm a great-looking white boy with orange highlights. The two of us felt kind of punky when we got to the shelter, and we got medicine for that. Then it was discovered that Ramona was pregnant, so both of us went to a foster home, where her kittens were born. My foster mom calls me a sweet, loving boy. I liked stretching out on her lap up onto her chest and nuzzling my cheeks with hers. Ramona and I both enjoy being petted and held, but we really love to chase each other and wrestle. If Ramona's not around, I would play roughly with my foster mom. If I got too rough, she'd hiss at me! That made me stop. When I'm not roughhousing, I love swatting balls around. Even when Ramona and I weren't feeling our best, we still liked to play. We are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. And why would anyone think of splitting up Ramona and Beezus anyway? We're meant to be together! We do have some intermittent ongoing health issues; please ask an adoption counselor for information. Then scoop us up and take us home to be your sweet Beezus and Ramona! You'll have twice as much love and laughter.
