Hanukkah Harry called. Said he had a very special dog who needs a home. And so, like one does, we leapt into action and made him a temporary place to stay until he's adopted. The back story, according to Harry, is that Reggie was found as a stray and taken in by a lovely woman. But the woman's place of residence told her "no dogs" and so here he is. He's a sweet bugger ready to celebrate whichever holiday you enjoy too.

Age: 8 years old

Weight: 21 pounds

Health: Reggie has had 4 tumors removed upon his arrival to BTRNC. Doctor feels she got good margins on most of them, but one area needs monitoring.

Demeanor: Affectionate, sweet, quiet/mellow, playful, social, aggressive towards small animals

Likes: People (likely children), dogs, playing tug-o-war, giving kisses, snuggling, being held, sitting in laps, going for walks and car rides, belly rubs, sleeping in your bed, burrowing under blankets, eating treats

Dislikes: Cats and small animals, sharing toys

Manners: Housebroken, crate trained, leash trained

Fenced Yard Required: Preferred

Tidbits: Reggie is adorable and sweet! He loves to hang with his foster doggy brothers and attends doggy daycare once a week. Ain't no party like a daycare party! He loves his humans and will cuddle in your lap if given the chance. He will NOT be placed in any home with cats or other small pets as he is aggressive towards them, chasing and snapping. But Reggie is a lover to his people and canine companions. Won't you consider giving Reg a home of his very own this holiday season?
