Time to meet our newest arrival: Lilo Jean! Cute puppy alert!!

Age: 10 months old

Weight: 10 pounds

Health: Excellent. She does get car sick easily so short rides are best when necessary

Demeanor: Affectionate, sweet, timid/shy, playful, active/high energy, couch potato, curious, social, anxious, submissive, vocal

Likes: People (children 8+), female dogs, playing tug-o-war and fetch, giving kisses and snuggling, being held and sitting in laps, going for walks, getting belly rubs, sleeping in your bed, burrowing under blankets, playing with toys

Dislikes: Car rides (gets car sick so short rides are best), loud noises, quick hand movements, unfamiliar surroundings, being left alone, will bark at strangers

Manners: Crate trained. Will need continued work on housebreaking, walking on leash and learning verbal commands.

Fenced Yard Required: Preferred, but okay if kept on leash

Tidbits: We believe sweet Lilo is a puppy mill dog. She's still very much a pup in her energy and behavior. She can rough house with the best of them, but then loves a good cuddle too. As with all youngsters, she would do well in an obedience class and consistent training. She's all kinds of fun (and funny) and a joy to engage. Lilo would do best in a home as an only dog or with other submissive female dogs. She tends to be dominated by the other male dogs in her foster home. She is still in "chewing" mode and will need the appropriate toys and monitoring, so she learns that "the boots, the table legs and that blanket" aren't okay 😉.

Full of potential and love, Lilo is ready for her new home. Can you provide the best for her? Please apply!
