BONDED PAIR
Relish arrived in our care alongside several other cats, through no fault of their own. Like the rest of her pals, she's been a bit nervous in the shelter environment and is taking her time to adjust. She's still learning to feel fully at ease around new people, but she's making steady progress every day.
Relish may not be a cat who instantly seeks out snuggles or touch, but with patience and understanding, her trust can absolutely be earned - and one of the best ways to her heart is treats. She is wonderfully food-motivated, and offering her tasty snacks is often the quickest way to make a new friend.
Once she's feeling comfortable, Relish shows off a wonderfully endearing side of herself. She loves to wiggle around on the floor, stretch her whole body out dramatically, and even roll onto her belly when she's happy and relaxed. These little confidence bursts give us such a clear glimpse of the sweet companion she can blossom into.
Relish has been housed with her buddy Pickles, Gherkin & Cornichon. Their friendships help her to feel safe, and they have grown to rely on each other's company. Because of this strong family bond, we're hoping to find a home willing to adopt them in pairs, so they can continue supporting one another as they settle in.
