***AT SHELTER***

Meet amazing Miles!

Miles loves company, pets, and a lap to sit on... He's the perfect cat for anyone who wants a super affectionate and cuddly feline! Miles was brought to us from another shelter, and not much is known about his past. With his social nature, he was probably in a home before finding himself unclaimed in a municipal shelter.

Miles loves to spend time around people, and will happily hop on volunteers' laps to take a nap. He is eager to receive attention, and will lie on his back to make adorable "air biscuits" when he's happy. He also loves to play with toys and be brushed.

When he's had enough interaction, he'll give a swish of his tail to let you know he'd like some space, but if the message still isn't received, he may give a little "love bite" to tell you more firmly. Don't worry, Miles is a gentleman and doesn't break any skin! However, a person who will take the time to understand and respect feline body language will help this fellow avoid overstimulation and maintain his good manners. He hasn't shown much interest in other cats, and would likely be happiest as an only cat. We don't know how he'd fare with other animals or young children.

Does Mr. Miles sound like the perfect, affectionate guy for your home? If so, pay him a visit at our shelter or fill out an online application!
