Tessi is a sweet, small cat. She is shy at the beginning, but once she warms up, she really, really wants pets and cuddles. After gaining her trust, you will be surprised at how soft her fur is as she cuddles with you. She watches her sister Abbigail to know what is safe. The first time you brush your hand over Tessi, it will probably be while she and Abbigail are curled together. Although it will take a little while to touch her, she will play with you right away. Tessi loves the wand toy, and is delighted when you toss a pom-pom or crinkle ball to her. She loves treats and wet food, and that will be a way to win her over to you. She will dart in, very delicately snatch the treat from your fingers, and then move out of reach. If she is sleepy from napping with her sister, Tessi leans in for head rubs and full body strokes, purring in contentment. Tessi is bonded with her sister Abbigail and they will need to be adopted together. She is good with other cats. She avoids kids, but will be safe around them.
