Meet Dollarama, a gentle one-year-old female cat who came to us from an outdoor stray colony. Life on the streets left its mark-she arrived with skin lesions and some lip swelling, which have since improved under veterinary care. She's currently finished a course of Prednisone, as our team suspects she may have Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex, a manageable condition that may require occasional monitoring.
Dollarama is a soft soul who appreciates a slow, patient approach. While she can be shy at first, she's made remarkable progress-often coming to the front of her enclosure for attention, purring softly, and even rolling over for gentle belly rubs. She's learning that humans can be kind, especially when they come bearing Churu treats or quiet companionship. Once she trusts you, she rewards you with biscuits, purrs, and affectionate headbutts.
This lovely girl is good with other cats and would do best in a calm home where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace. If you're looking for a sweet, quiet companion who blossoms with time and tenderness, Dollarama may be the one for you.
