Meet Fred- a distinguished gentleman estimated to be around 5 years old. After being found as a stray, Fred was lucky enough to be fostered by the property owner until the shelter had room. Here is what he said about fred:
Settling in to the house took about 2-3 days. He's talkative when he's hungry or you're walking past him without saying hello. His favorite pass time is napping (preferably on your lap.)
Fred did great in a quiet low traffic home, enjoys daily wet food as a snack, scratching posts, and comfortable spots to lay in the sun if your lap isn't available. Fred enjoys curling up in bed next to you at night and is polite enough to not wake you. He will follow you all throughout the house! He never had an issue with his litter box within the month he was being fostered.
Overall, Fred is a shy guy but loves to be loved. When meeting him at his kennel, he will often give a soft meow hello. It is unknown how he would react to canine companions - but another laid back cat might be beneficial for him.
