Meet Luna!
Luna is a sweet and affectionate 8-year-old girl who is ready to find a family to call her own. She's a wonderful companion who is reported to be house-trained, crate-trained, ride beautifully in the car, and absolutely adores children. Whether you're heading out on an adventure or relaxing at home, Luna is happiest by your side.
Luna can be a little shy when meeting new people, especially men, so she appreciates slow, gentle introductions that allow her to build trust at her own pace. Once she feels comfortable, her loving personality shines through.
Like many dogs, Luna enjoys keeping an eye on the neighborhood wildlife and can get excited by squirrels and other small animals. She has also shown interest in chasing moving cars, so she'll do best with a secure leash or fenced yard and a family committed to keeping her safe on walks.
Luna is a smart girl who thrives when she has things to keep her busy. Puzzle toys, chew toys, and regular enrichment will help keep her happy and prevent her from entertaining herself by investigating the trash or sampling a shoe or two!
Luna would love to meet any resident dogs before going home, and while her history with cats is unknown, she's known for being wonderful with kids. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who will reward your patience with endless affection, Luna may be a good match for your family.
