ABOUT LEO: All aboard! Leo is a 5 year old pup with sea breeze in his soul and sunshine in his heart. With plenty of boating experience and a love for the water, Leo is ready to trade shelter life for smooth sailing with a crew of his own.
He previously lived with a female dog and they were the best of pals, so he may be a great match for another calm and friendly canine. To make sure everyone gets along swimmingly, Leo will need to meet all potential family members (humans and canines) here at the shelter before setting sail with Leo. We're not sure how he feels about cats just yet but our adoption counselors will discuss proper introductions.
Shelter life has been a bit rocky for Leo but even in this unfamiliar harbor, his sweet and silly nature shines through. He warms up with time and thrives when he feels safe and loved. Once he trusts you, he's loyal, playful, and always up for a new adventure - especially one that involves water!
