ABOUT: Willy is a little guy with a big personality and even bigger opinions. He's on the lookout for someone who understands the art of doggy signals, respects personal space, and is happy to let him ride shotgun.
New people and places can make him anxious, so he's hoping to find a quiet, adult only home with few visitors and a predictable routine. He's a homebody at heart who just wants to chill with his favorite human.
While he's opened up to a few familiar faces, Willy is the kind of dog who gives his whole heart to one special person. He doesn't hand out trust like coupons - but once you're in, you're in. Expect a loyal Velcro dog and the occasional side-eye if you take up too much room on the couch.
He's open to dog friends, but like any good roommate, he prefers a meet and greet before signing the lease. His opinion on cats is currently a mystery.
Building a relationship with Willy takes time, he'll require multiple meets before going home to ensure a smooth, low stress transition. He may not believe in "love at first sight", but if your heart is patient and your world is calm, you just might be his happily ever after.
