This lovely girl came to us as a stray, and at first, she was understandably very nervous and unsure of her new surroundings. Change can be scary-but with time, patience, and gentle care, Bluey has started to show her brave side.
She's discovered that she loves a good head and cheek scratch, and she'll happily rub against you to soak up affection. With a little patience and lots of love, Bluey will continue to grow her confidence and blossom into the sweet, loyal companion we know she is.
We believe Bluey would do best in a quiet home with a predictable schedule, where she can feel safe and supported. Given her fears and insecurities, she would thrive as the only animal in the household. While she can make progress with time and encouragement, ultimately Bluey wants a home where she doesn't have to be anything she is not-where she is respected, loved, and quietly congratulated for each step of bravery.
