Let me tell you my story...I came to the shelter as a dog that was found out on a country road...I was skinny, missing a lot of fur, dirty, loaded with parasites, infected ears and I was what you would call a hot mess. But I was a lovable mess...and I just wanted someone to help me. It is hard to believe no-one came forward to claim this sweet soul...and harder to believe no-one took care of her...and no one cared about her. Well - let's just close that chapter and open up a new chapter...to a life where people take proper care of me...but really they also really care about me!
