Pawnee is a curious, confident girl who settled into foster care immediately. At 14-pounds, she's a big cat who loves stretching out for naps on the couch or bed, watching the world from the window, and occasionally playing with feather toys. She's affectionate and enjoys being near her people, often sleeping close by at night or hanging out nearby while you relax, but she's also perfectly content doing her own thing during the day.
Pawnee likes attention on her own terms and can become overstimulated with too much petting, so she'll do best with someone who understands cat body language and respects her boundaries. She would also be happiest as the only kitty in a home.
Pawnee would love a home where she can settle in at her own gentle pace. A bit of patience will mean the world to her. In return, she's a sweet companion who enjoys quiet company, cozy routines, and sharing space with her humans.
