Mandy was found on a county road with her litter of puppies, and all were picked up to avoid the freezing temperatures that night. Despite the fact that she's probably been a stray her whole life, Mandy is a very good girl, loves attention and cuddles, walks well, is housetrained, and plays well with other dogs. Mandy is afraid of cats!
