Meet Dante!
Say hello to Dante, a 3-year-old, 39-pound Boxer mix with a sweet personality and a happy-go-lucky spirit! This friendly boy loves being involved with his friends and is always glad to be part of the fun. While Dante has plenty of love to give, he can be a little hesitant when meeting new people, so he'll appreciate a family willing to give him time, patience, and space to feel comfortable at his own pace.
Dante would do best in a home with children ages 10 and older who understand the importance of respecting his boundaries when he needs a little space. He may also have the potential to share his forever home with another dog! Dante can be a bit forward when making new canine friends, so slow, thoughtful introductions will be important to help everyone start off on the right paw. As for cats, we don't yet know how Dante feels about feline friends.
Are you looking for a sweet companion to welcome into your life? Dante could be the boy for you! With a little patience, understanding, and lots of love, Dante is ready to find a family who will let him blossom into the confident, happy companion he's meant to be. Stop in today at The Humane Society of Summit County to meet him!
