Meet Cornbread!
Cornbread is a sweet but sensitive seven year old cat looking for that purrfect person who can give him a quiet, cozy home and the gentle love he needs to truly thrive! Sensitive to new people and environments, Cornbread is quite fearful in our busy shelter and has a hard time feeling comfortable enough to interact with new humans. He needs someone who understands this sensitive nature and gives him the time and space he needs to feel safe in his forever home before slowly working on building a bond with him.
Cornbread has lived with other cats previously, but we still recommend a slow introduction to new feline friends. A slow intro helps ensure that both Cornbread and his new cat companion(s) feel safe and comfortable as they adjust to each other's presence.
Looking to give a shy cat a cozy home and the gentle love and care he needs to thrive? Cornbread could be the boy for you, stop by the Humane Society of Summit County to meet him today!
