Meet John Deer!
This 3-year-old, 43-pound pit bull-terrier mix is in search of greener pastures and a forever family! John Deer is an affectionate and playful young man who loves romping around and playing his heart out all day before he's ready for snuggle time with his favorite people at night. His ideal day would be full of fetch with his favorite toy (aka anything with a squeaker), followed by a walk through the park with plenty of stops for sniffs, and when the sun goes down, a cozy evening cuddled up watching TV.
John Deer would prefer to be the only pup in his forever home. He would also do best in a home without any cats.
John Deer is a sweet boy, but he can be a bit sensitive with new people and places and will need time to adjust to his new home environment. While we think he shows potential to do well with kiddos, due to his sensitive nature we recommend any kids in his forever home be 10+.
