Chani is a sweet, friendly, and playful 4-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei/Shepard mix weighing around 46 pounds. This charming girl has plenty of love to give and would be happiest with a family who will appreciate her fun-loving personality while also understanding that she sometimes needs a little personal space.
Because of her sweet nature, Chani shows potential to live with children ages 10 and older, as long as they are able to understand and respect her boundaries when she needs some quiet time.
When it comes to other dogs, Chani shows potential to have a canine companion in her future home. She can be a little selective about her dog friends, though, so a slow, patient introduction will be important to help her and any future canine siblings build a comfortable relationship and set everyone up for success.
Cats, unfortunately, are not a match for Chani, so she is not a candidate to live with feline friends.
