Meet Theo!
This happy go lucky guy made his way to the Rochester Animal Control when he had no where else to go. Theo is a medium sized fella and weighs about 48 pounds. He is thought to be some sort of pitty mix but might have lab/boxer/etc. in him as well. While we do not know for sure - we do know that he is super cute regardless!
