Meet Neil! Neil has quite the story. He came to Paws and Claws after spending several weeks on the run as a stray. When some amazing people were finally able to catch him, he was very thin and understandably scared. After a couple of weeks at the shelter, Neil has really started to come out of his shell. He has discovered that people can be kind, food is pretty great, and getting attention is one of his favorite things! Now Neil is ready for the next chapter of his life-a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and know that he will never be abandoned again. He deserves a family who will give him the patience and love he needs to continue becoming the happy dog we know he can be.
