"Tarot cards are like a compass when you are lost. But it only works when you get them out of the box." - (C. Wong). I'm Tarot, an adult cat with a big personality and plenty of energy to spare. I came to Paws and Claws from a rescue partner. In unfamiliar places with people I don't know, I tend to keep my distance and make it clear when I need space. I might let you know with a hiss or a swat if you get too close. I can get riled up, and I need some time to calm down. Having said all this, I hope this information won't put me in a box, so to speak. With time, patience, and understanding, I can adapt and grow. A home with a calm, predictable environment would help me feel more at ease. When I know and trust someone, I am quite friendly, and I love being petted. I would do best with a cat-savvy person(s) who understands cats and will allow me to set my own boundaries. Once we get to know one another, I'll be it will all work out fine. What does the future hold? I'm Tarot. Maybe you will be my compass.
