When I was found, I had a large botfly in my neck, and scratching left me with fur missing on one side. My foster mom said it made me resemble Dobby from Harry Potter. That's how I got my name, Dobbie. I was rescued from a farm in July, along with my brothers Timmie and Frankie. We have been living in a foster home since then. My foster mom called me "an adventurous, fearless little explorer with a big love for people and an even bigger love" for my brother, Timmie! I am always on the go, ready to play and investigate. When I get tuckered out, I'll snuggle up against your neck, purring, until I fall asleep. I've recovered from my early encounter and the procedure to remove the bot fly larvae, and I've grown to be bigger than my brothers! I am an enchanting kitty "elf" who is wonderful with children, loves being held, and I have learned to mostly respect the resident adult cat's space. Timmie and I are devoted cuddle buddies and are a bonded pair, so we need to be adopted together.
