Wilfred. That's what they call me. It means, "desiring peace". That's the kind of guy I am, so if the name fits, own it. I came to Paws and Claws from another rescue back in mid-February. I was very nervous at first, but I have come a long way since then. I am much friendlier, and I am more playful too. I also like being petted. I may still be hesitant in new situations and around unfamiliar people. I would do best in a quiet, calm home where I can adjust at my own pace. If "Patience" is your middle name, the part of me that wants love, affection, and belonging will emerge and begin to unfold. All I am saying is, "Give peace, give Wilfred, a chance."
