Gambling? Who me? My name is Blackjack, but I don't gamble. Last summer, I was down on my luck when my person died, and suddenly, I was homeless, along with the nine other cats our person had kindly taken in over the years. His family did not want to care for us. Luck was on our side, however, because Paws and Claws found us a wonderful foster home. A few cats have been adopted, but more of us still need homes. I've had some digestive issues, but I am doing better now. I'm not fond of the other cats, so maybe my favorite "casino" game is "poker" - I swat at them when they bug me - and then I just move away. I don't actually fight. And my favorite toy has been a catnip fish, which I love kicking around, so I hope you'll have some catnip toys for me. I've been waiting for a home for quite a while, and my foster mom says that I will "surely make someone a great pet!"
