Things that shine: the sun, the moon, the stars, diamonds...ME! I'm Lucas, a 2½-year-old boy who's the color of the sun! My name comes from a Latin word that means, "to shine." I came to Paws and Claws from Evergreen Cat Sanctuary in Altura. I try my best to shine! I'm a social, outgoing guy who loves petting and attention. I'm lively and playful too. I do get a bit wound up at times, so it's best if I'm in a home with older kids and adults who can read my signals when I'm getting too excited. It's like being in the sun for hours - too much is not so good. There comes a time when I need to mellow out. If you love a warm and fuzzy, lovable boy who likes to have a good time, Lucas will enjoy being your "shiny," furry friend for many years to come.
