I'm talking about the Kansas City Chiefs football team legends. I'm Chief, a brown tabby male kitten. Seven of us "NFL Team Kittens" came to Paws and Claws with our mama Panther from a farm outside Preston. Mama was bringing her babies to the farm one at a time to be kept safe, and the owner did that. She brought us inside, sheltered us, and fed us. We loved passing toys around, tackling one another, and climbing the cat tower. What a cute, furry pile we made when we huddled up together! We liked eating dry Kitten Chow...and then, when we got to the shelter, we had a real treat! We got to eat Fancy Feast Kitten Food. That was like - I don't know - a chili dog or a brat? Or a last second touchdown! That was just the first of what I hope will be many surprises and thrills to come. But yes, there was another surprise - we went to a foster home. My foster mom says I am a wild and crazy boy, like the football players, right? Besides playing rough and rugged like an offensive lineman, I have the attitude of a defender; I don't like being held. You might get a 15-yard penalty! Aside from that, you'll want to have me for your kitty beau. I hope you'll adopt me to be your lovable little Chief.
