Those can be challenging words to live up to when you're a cat. Maybe you've seen me on Facebook a few times. Yes, I've been here a while. I'm Dune, a 3-year-old, buff tabby male who came to Paws and Claws back in January. I don't have what some would call a "warm and fuzzy" purrsonality, I suppose. Oh, I'm friendly, but I do not enjoy a lot of petting, and I do not like being picked up or being held. I love sitting in a window where I can watch the birds. If you toss balls in my direction, I like batting them about. Food motivates me - a lot! My behavior can be unpredictable at times; therefore, I need a home with cat-savvy adults and possibly older children who can read my body language. Advice from a cat named Dune: Take a chance on me.
