"Petey! What's up, Pup?" I'm Petey, a 3 ½ year-old black and white male who came to Paws and Claws when I was a kitten. I'm named for the dog on the "Little Rascals". I was one of a group of felines who came to Paws and Claws from a home that had too many cats in October 2021 when we were all 6 months old. I was adopted four months later in February 2022. Now I've been returned three years later due to behavior issues that have cropped up in the past month. I had a good vet checkup when I returned to the shelter and have had no problems since I've been back, so it's not clear to people here what was causing my problems. I love toys and I am affectionate. I cuddled and slept with my person. I was fine with the passive, mellow dog in my home. I was eating Purina Cat Chow Complete. I'm a sweet boy, and I know that you'll go "mutts" for Petey!
